Extremely informative, low pressure sales, high quality customer service and friendly, well informed installation technicians. The results are incredible, my water was unusable for cooking, washing hair, using dishwasher, having fridge make ice cubes, using the steamer option in dryer ... All of the above mentioned issues were resolved with the EC5, iron Backflow pump filter and the ultrafiner RO drinking system!

8.30.24 - First yearly filter change and Dan was right on point. He noticed that the injector I had installed originally was totally blocked and installed a larger one, did a resin treatment and quickly replaced my pre and post filters in my RO system. Dan was professional, friendly and efficient!
