Dale Wells, was the specialist that visited us to do our water test and explain what we could do to change the quality of our water for the better. We didn’t end up going through with a purchase, but I will say, of all the Sales personnel I’ve come across, Dale is by far the most personable and kind. My Fiancé and I even talked to each other, about how great he was, even after he’d left. I remember saying, “Man, I almost asked him if he wanted to stay for dinner.” Dale was a pleasure to have in our home and has our 5 star rating!
