RainSoft of Northern Michigan

Dan is the sales rep who marketed the RainSoft water conditioning system to us. He was very knowledgeable regarding the working mechanisms of all the components of the system. He did not hesitate to answer our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he made a phone call to get it. We love our conditioner and reverse osmosis systems! What a difference in the taste of the water, the appearance, and there is no odor! We would recommend RainSoft to anyone. Jason installed our units and he too is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question we had. Both Dan and Jason appear to enjoy their positions with the company and they spoke very highly of the company. Your company is fortunate to have these two fellas working for you.We have tried some of the samples from the soap package and are anxious to place an order. We are happy with the prompt follow-up from the customer...

Really impressed with rain soft product line. Went from having egg smelling water that grossed me out to clean fresh soft water to shower in and thanks to the R O I can drink it as well. All in all happy with the entire process from no pressure sales to exceptional installation to a product that exceeded all my expectations.. Thank you so much

Very professional...It has been installed for a week now and I love it. I use less soap and shampoo. I still have not gotten anything on the free soap products though.

I am so very impressed with this company...after posting the review above, I heard back from Maxine the following day asking for my email address (that was the reason I was not getting information). Within 2 minutes I had my information on the soap products which are also great products! Thank you so much Rainsoft...I am using way less soap, my skin is not dried out anymore, and I no longer have iron and calcium build up on my faucets or bathtub!
