Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will recommend to others. Technicians and phone staff were very courteous. Jessica called to say Steve, water tester, and Dan, installer, could get to the house a couple hours earlier than appointments which was a big help to us both days. Their fast service was greatly appreciated.

Great demonstration. Somewhat disturbing knowing what's in the water I use everyday... I'll be getting one as soon as I can save up some spare cash!

Thoughtful service - an email was sent ahead of the appointment with technician's photo. Technician arrived on time, was eager to explain and educate, but patient with all the extra requests for details. Answered all my questions, and if he didn't have an answer - placed a few calls right away to get that info to me. I'm planning to recommend at least the testing service to my friend (haven't decided yet on the installation service)

Amazing service! We both love our new water conditioner and reverse osmosis systems! Dan was very timely (a nice change of pace from most service companies). He was so friendly, knowledgeable and courteous it was a pleasure to have him and his helper Adam in our home! Dan is great! He is very passionate about putting the customer first. Dan was very timely and courteous. Showed me all RainSoft has to offer and what my options for my home would work well. He kept an enormous smile the whole entire time he gave his presentation. I am considering installing a water softner and drinking water filtration system in my home. My water wasn't as good as I thought it would be. He ran several tests and told me the epa ratings and where my safe water levels should be. Thank You for a pleasant experience. Toni

Brandon, was so enjoyable to have into our home to test our water and explain the rain-soft system. He is very personable and took his time to answer all our questions. Jason, was quick, neat, and very knowledgeable about the products he was installing. We had to have Dan come to replace our sink faucet as the wrong finish was installed, but, Dan was just as enjoyable to have in our home too. Just a great team. Never did we feel "forced" to do or make a quick decision. Highly enjoyed them and now we are enjoying the great new water experience!
