Thanks to Q9 and Junvie I just successfully closed on a property with 2 homes. Junvie stayed in contact with me through the whole process. Apparently she took the brunt of everything because all I had to do was provide access to the property and the homes and show up for closing. Q9 got us the asking price. I would highly recommend Q9. Just closed on our house with Q9 Property Solutions. Easiest real estate deal I ever did. We signed a contract on their initial offer of an as-is sale and it truly was. Never any discussion of a lesser price after their due diligence and the deal went down exactly as initially agreed. Very nice people to deal with and up-front about everything. Highly recommended if you are thinking of an easy way to sell your property without fixing it up and having to pay real estate commissions.

At first, I was skeptical when the Q9 agent called me because I´ve had calls from so many other people wanting to buy my land and they were very unprofessional, but surprisingly not the case with Q9. They were very professional and very serious buyers. With Q9 I never had the sense that I was being swindled. I looked them up at the 3Bs and sure enough they are an A plus rating company.
