Alex came to address a fountain that was not working. He quickly determined what the problem was and fixed it. He generously offered to check on another problem with our external lighting and also provided a quick evaluation of another fountain.

He willingly went above and beyond what was needed to handle our original concern. I appreciated both his actions and his attitude.

These morons make false statements about their competitors. One of our customers of over 10 years called them while we were closed to troubleshoot her pool heater after we had changed the thermal bypass and flow control valves. They put on their invoice that we never changed the part, the part was oem and working fine. Well imbeciles, we have tens of thousands more customers and over ten years more experience than your little joke of a company has, you need to think twice before you make statements you cannot back up. Your "technician" didn't take into account the heater was 8 years old and anyone who's not a neophyte knows the thermal bypass on a mastertemp doesn't last 8 years and would be full of rust and corrosion had it not been replaced. We will be seeking legal action for your defamatory libelous statements maligning our company.

I used these guys to redo my pool and BBQ. Their work was outstanding and their timing was right on (meaning they actually finished in the 5 days they said they could do it). Especially I appreciated the tile guys - their work was exceptional.
If I had any thing to be negative on it was the clean up at the end. My cement deck could have used power washed but this is a small thing.
The owner was excellent to deal with as too was his sale person.
