Quality workmanship!

We initially called PSMP to obtain an estimate for a leaky pool pump repair which we expediently obtained through email, in a very clearly explained breakdown for both work and parts on their company letterhead. The estimate was very reasonable, but I decided to also get a full system replacement quote due to both given the age of my equipment, and some of the components were failing.

Alex was able to quickly provide a full system replacement estimate which we were able to coordinate entirely virtually though email and text messages. I truly appreciated the ability to handle the coordination through email and text messages after normal hours due to my work schedule.

Once we coordinated an installation date/time, Alex and his team were here on time and quickly replaced two pumps, my heater, and the filter.
