Pronto Restoration

Called at 10pm and within 30 minutes they were at my front door! They made a stressful situation where towels weren’t enough so much easier. They moved quickly, explained every step, and handled the water extraction efficiently. Amazing service and extremely reliable! I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.

This is an odd but good story. I cold-called Pronto Restoration Services for my mom who had a negative experience with another restoration company. I spoke with Cooper who took the time to explain everything to me. Then let me call him back with my mom on the phone and explained things again. She ended up not actually needing them after all. But that did not stop Cooper from checking back in with me later that same weekend. His customer service impressed me so much that I told him I would be calling our plumbers to recommend they use them instead of the other Restoration company they had recommended. Then another friend had a problem. I already sent her the contact info for Pronto Restoration Services. While no one ever wants to have to make these tough decisions, good customer service is so important in these stressful times. I'll be saving their contact for any future events and...

Pronto was a pleasure to work with to remediate mold after a leaky pipe was discovered in the wall. Very responsive and great communication.
They were also able to recommend a great team to replace the drywall, resurface and paint afterwards.

Cooper and his team were quick to respond and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after our hot water tank leaked through the ceiling. The repairs were fantastic and thorough attention was paid to make sure everything was dry before repairs were made! Two thumbs up from us!
