Ron Pigeon, who came from Professional Inspection Services, LLC, was quite professional and thorough. It took a couple days for our inspection because the builder had not turned on the utilities in time for him to complete his inspection in the normal time so he came back a second day to complete the job. We had Professional Inspection Services conduct a home inspection in November and Ron recently completed a complementary re-inspection in March to verify the builders had completed the recommendations found during the first home inspection.
