I highly recommend Pristine Cleaners. They have excellent customer service! I reached out to Jeremy to clean the carpets in our new home and to possibly take out a stain from either a marker or ink. Unfortunately, nobody actually knows where the stain is from and the technician was not able to take it out. I was completely okay with the stain not being removed however Jeremy reached out and gave me a couple options with the stain. He even went above and beyond to reach out to someone that can possibly remove the patch and replace it. Ultimately, he came back a second time with no charge to try and remove the stain. Although the second attempt was also unsuccessful, my fiancé and are grateful for the impeccable customer service. Thank you Jeremy!

Good service... responsive, on time, friendly and they did a good job. The carpet and tile looks great.

I have my carpets cleaned twice a year and decided to try Pristine for the 1st time. When I called he provided an immediate quote over the phone and was able to schedule me is the following day. Their technician communicated with me the morning of service and arrived 15 minutes early. Jeremy explained every step of the process and was able to remove tough stains that were left by past cleaners. Will Definately be my go to from this point forward.
