I believe my experience is just a one off, however it shouldn’t go unnoticed. I’ve had nothing but issues since the arrival of my pallet jack. When it arrived, the front wheel was through the top of the fork. I had to beat it back in place. It hasn’t driven right since then. The battery itself wouldn’t last more than a day, they sent me a new one which required me to take the whole unit apart all the way to the circuit board to replace it. After getting everything back together, now the printer won’t work. I’ve been working with Fred trying to get things resolved, however he is out of ideas. Love my new scale. Very portable and a great space saver when not in use.
