This place is top notch! I found Prime USA Scales by doing a google search. Taking a shot in the dark, I gave them a call expecting some automated answering system that I would get lost in but to my surprise, Fred answered in 2 rings. He was very knowledgeable on their product line and based on a 5 minute conversation he made recommendations for my company. 3 days later and I had a brand new, high quality floor scale delivered to my warehouse that has since became an invaluable part of our day-to-day operations.

Fast forward almost a year when I needed to replace a part and there's Fred again. within 2 rings and 5 minutes I have a tracking number for my replacement part. Service like this is hard to come by but you can tell the service they provide is just as important as the products they sell. Im so happy I've found USA prime Scales

We found this company on the internet, just surfing. They were informative and patient along the way. Otherwise, all went well. We had a small problem with the electronic reader, we shipped it out to them, then fixed it overnight and sent next day air. Very good service provided and the product is American Made. Buy American!
