The staff were very thoughtful and kind and even called me the next day after to make sure I was alright. They hire the perfect people for the job here. They take very good care of you at this place. The whole place feels very relaxing and comfortable too.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WITH PRIME IV! Their cancellation policy is horrible and will end up costing you a lot of $$. When I went into PrimeIV for a single treatment, the person at the front desk used strong sales tactics and pressure to get me to sign up for the subscription rate, stating that if I don't sign up now that the prices will go up significantly. Because of the used car sales pressure, I signed up for the subscription. I thought locking in their "cheaper " price would allow me to have time to do some research to confirm that this is a good investment into my health and well-being. What I have found in my research is that IV's are simply a VERY EXPENSIVE way to get "vitamins". When I asked for my subscription to be cancelled, Prime IV said that if I cancel, I will not get any refund and will not be able to use the credit for any...

While the IVs do make you feel better, the amount of times you have to get poked to hit a vein is ridiculous.

I've been 4 times now and on only the first occasion was it done the first try.... subsequent visits resulted in 2, 4 and 3 pokes to get the job done.

Now I'd say that maybe it's just my veins, but my husband has gone multiple times with the same result.

Also, I've reached out to them via phone calls and email about over billing my credit card with no responses or a "yeah we'll call you back" and then nothing.

All in all, the treatment is nice when you can get it done, but the professionalism of this particular location is lacking. Maybe try a different location as they are independent franchises.
