I really never leave reviews, but my experience on Saturday, August 2nd was one of the worst customer experience encounters i've personally ever had, and i'm writing it in hopes that the ownership will see it and hopefully apply it. This location used to be really great, and hopefully it's a training issue that they can figure out.
I had been a member here since around October or November of 2024, and I had never had an issue. In fact, I wrote a 5- star review at the time that i'm going to leave up because my experience at that time definitely warranted it. I usually go Monday- Friday and have the usual staff, and never had an issue.
