I was an unhappy customer initially as the couple who came over for the deep cleaning did not have enough time to clean our main level as they spent most of their time upstairs. I was very disappointed and gave one star. I was immediately contacted by a manager, to make this right. Another appointment was set with an English speaking cleaner who came over and did a super job on the main level, taking 4 hours and not charging me. I was very impressed and now happy.

I paid $240 (that’s with a 15% discount) for a deep cleaning before I had family over for dinner on the weekend. I opted to have 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and the main floor of dining and kitchen and family room cleaned.

We were told one person would be there at 8 for the deep cleaning, but 2 people came at 10, and neither could speak English. We were not notified this change. I soon got a text that the cost was going up $60-90 due to the large job and time it was taking. I then spent time (I had to pay for) communicating with translation texting about the main floor being primary. Alas, they allowed only 15 minutes to do the main floor, meaning vacuuming and mopping, which means I need to do all kitchen surfaces, the powder bath and laundry room, the foyer and all dusting. Primavera has done an excellent job of cleaning our house. Everyone has been professional and friendly.

Simply the best. Every surface glistened, and the house smelled amazing. Timely, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!
