I really loved the move in cleaning I had from the beginning when I first contacted Primavera. I didn’t feel pushed into anything and they were easy to get ahold of with any questions.

The cleaning staff that came arrived on time. There were a few shelves that had so many crumbs on them, but after the cleaning, it was pretty much spotless. Same goes for the appliances. I was very impressed with the fridge especially!

Overall, I was very impressed and plan to use them again.

They are very customer focused and pride themselves on making sure their customers are happy! Araceli is exceptional! I just wanted to add that they are willing to work with you to make sure you are happy! If you need to reschedule a cleaning they are happy to do so! Araceli always has a smile on her face and it makes her happy to know we are happy!
