I reviewed instructions on care of the floors with water, not needing to wash all the floors, using solution I provided. None of these instructions were followed. She used their mop sloshing water over the floors. I provided a solution for the marble bathroom sinks and vanity and the granite countertops in the kitchen. None were used

We had our first cleaning and was hesitant on having someone clean our house and they totally blew out of the water the results! They cleaned every area we would have liked to be cleaned on top of being timely for the appointment and quick in there cleaning. Weren’t sure what to expect since this was the first time we had used a cleaning service. When I arrived home after our cleaners left, my house was spotless! My husband just kept going from room to room talking about the perfect lines in the carpet, shine on our faucet and kitchen sink and clean hardwood floors (to name a few). We will definitely be using them moving forward. Thank you primavera cleaners!
