Primavera Cleaning Service

This company performed better than fantastic!!! Scheduling and getting an estimate for the cost of my clean was super easy. And, I could determine what parts of my house I wanted cleaned. Flor and Luis were assigned to my house, and they, too, did an excellent job! When they left and I looked around I was thoroughly impressed! I felt like a was living in a completely different house; an extremely clean and spotless home.
And there were unexpected niceties, like tissue flowers on top of every Kleenex box, a fresh roll of toilet paper on every holder with a toilet paper flower attached, garbage bags lining in every garage can, and all towels were folded beautifully. Everything glistened and sparkled!!!
I'm having them come once a month and I can't wait for their return. I can't imagine how anyone would be disappointed if they received the same service I did.

Great job, fast professional service!

We’ve had our home cleaned about 7 times now. The first time was great and the cleaning itself is always done well, but there are several problems. First, it’s a different person every time and even though there were questions answered during intake that’s supposedly communicated, it never has been. There is no time window estimate for when they will show up on the day and several times they were here past 6pm and we work from home so coordinating meetings around noisy cleanings has been impossible. It was very awkward to be eating/cooking dinner while they’re still cleaning the space. There’s now an oil stain on our driveway from an employee’s car from a few times ago. Lastly, during the last cleaning a leak occurred from the ceiling can light, directly below the bathroom that was currently being cleaned and stopped once the technician was out of the bathroom.
