Whom ever the agent was that picked up the phone from this agency was very unprofessional. As soon as I mentioned that I was a private real estate investor they rudely hung up on me, not even knowing the purpose of my phone call. I have two houses COMPLETELY rehabbed and I was calling to see if I can list my properties with a sellers agent. Don’t know the problem that these real estate agents once you mentioned that you’re a private real estate investor but they need to give the person a chance to talk before they rudely hang up on them but whomever the agent was they just lost out on two listing.

I recommend Warner to anyone who is looking for a quick sale of their house which needs a tremendous amount of work for a very fair price which was offered to us. Warner was amazing to deal with, he was not pushy, very laid back when we met him, everyone felt very comfortable and he gained our trust. He was very professional and kept us updated during the whole process. My mother’s house was sold in exactly 2 months from us first meeting Warner, everything went extremely smoothly and stress free.
