Precious Time Child Development Centers

Glad I allowed my child spent her early childcare here. Was nervous about the daycare to take her to, which was why it took me few months to decide. Fortunately, from the first day of registration till date I have no regrets bringing my child to Previous Time. The staff are very nice and polite, my daughter doesn’t end her day at Precious Time without giving staff her hugs . That’s how sweet she feels being around the staff 10hours daily while Mom is at work. Now that she’s going to elementary school, I know she’s definitely going to miss you all. If you are anything like me, you did/are doing hours of research when looking into local childcare programs! I valued reviews and now have lived firsthand the comfort, joy, and growth that PT provides.
Our daughter has flourished at Precious Time. In 2023, on her first day, at nearly 14 months old our baby didn't yet walk. By her third day she proudly toddled into her Turtles classroom smiling. Without a word spoken, her teachers noticed and cheered her on. The warmth of the staff was palpable and opposite of our previous attempt at finding childcare locally. We immediately felt safe, heard, and a part of the team in our child's development. The way in which teachers engage with, guide, comfort, and speak to our daughter is calm and naturally so patient. Precious Times has been lovely since our daughter started in January 2024. The teachers and staff are incredibly friendly, and they show so much love to our daughter. Imani, Amber, Tionna, Maria and many others have been so sweet and attentive to our daughter, and I feel completely at ease when dropping my daughter off.

The app they use is updated regularly for our daughter's classroom. This also reassures me that she is having her needs met and the pictures I get show her happiness.

From an administrative standpoint, I will say they can do better. When requesting information or documentation, I have had to ask multiple times in order to get what I've needed. This has created some frustration on my end, but eventually things get done. They're generally responsive on emails and phone calls.
