Paige told me she left town and didn't leave her business in capable hands, the house cleaner she had scheduled to do my cleaning had no car and was unable to make the appointment. She called me a half hour before the appointment to tell me this. She had no back up. I suggested an Uber or a taxi and she said that she didn't know if that was possible. (why isn't a taxi possible??) All of it seemed really disorganized and unprofessional. You're a business owner, your job is to make things right for your customers. You have to think of these things beforehand, like how to transport your employees to and from the job site, what to do if an employee cancels etc. I booked well in advance. I don't need to hear a bunch of excuses, I just need a housekeeper.

IN REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE: You offered to reschedule for next week, and you told me this a half hour before the appointment....

The work that I had done was actually done and my husband's name I did have work done by this company they're mistaken. This is not a fake review

On June 8, I booked a cleaning, for 9-11 am arrival on July 3. When no one had arrived at noon, I called them.

Paige said they are no longer accepting online reservations. They did not make any effort to let me know that they didn’t intend to keep my appointment in the month between when I booked and my appointment, nor did they update the service page linked in my confirmation.

Just a no call, no show.

My wife and i couldn’t be happier. The team did an amazing job in our autoshop customer area. The streaks on the walls and filthy baseboards all came clean . The scent when i came in to open in the am was a welcomed surprise. I cant wait to have them back for the next service

I have two homes in Lake Hamony, PA and was having trouble finding a reliable cleaning service. Paige and her team have come through with flying colors since I got hooked up with them almost a year ago. Good communication and never once has a renter had an issue with cleanliness. 5 stars!!
