Paige is an absolute delight to work with. Her team does an amazing job. I’m a bit picky and Pocono House Cleaning is always up to and even above my expectations. You cannot go wrong with her team on your side

If you are in sbort term rental buisness do not use them. They are extremely difficult to communicate with, they use uncleanly practices by not washing bedding abd taking other short cuts. they miss restocking things every time although it was on my list. honestly the owner is very rude and probably racists. I definitely felt that way, but either way my experience with this company was horrible I rather pay double for excellent work. Reviews matter in my business and the owner literally said they don't. Shouldn't be servicing people who run short term rental businesses

In spite of it being a busy season you found a staff member that worked very have to handle cleaning the entire house alone. Much of it was done very well: the kitchen and 2 bathrooms in particular. To finish the job you sent someone else to finish up the following day. I would certainly use your services again and if necessary wait and extra day or two until you were able to send 2 people.
