I went to the seminar to support my wife....6 months , a couple of waist sizes, and a bunch of pounds later, here I am completing the program as well. Kala and her team have been amazing! Being a man, I thought it would be miserable and awkward talking to a woman about man stuff, quite the opposite! Thanks for a good experience!

I started my Health journey with Kala and Randa about 8 months ago. I went to Kala's free webinar about hormone and everything she said, made sense to me. I turned 40 and my hormones started shifting so I was looking for answers and so I signed her 6 months program and I absolutely loved how Calm and patience she was with my health issues. I am a Vegan so she took special care with all of my supplements being a vegan. She took her time to explain me in details when the blood work results came back. I saw a lot of improvements in my sleep, energy and other health issues. I have a lot more to still work on but the 6 months I spent with Kala was absolutely worth the money I spent. The program made me really look into my food habits and lifestyles changes that I needed to make. Randa always made me feel welcome and she answered all of my questions via email or phone....

The care received during my menopausal journey has been wonderful. The staff at Pink Link were a great support team for any question that I had. When I first arrived, I felt the genuine care from Kayla and. the staff. As I’ve said before, and I’ll continue to say it, I felt I had made friends that day. The information that I received wasn’t new to me, but it was a wonderful. reminder on how to take care of my body. I didn’t see any real results until I read the book The Obesity Code,which strongly encouraged me to do fasting. Once I started fasting either full days or one meal a day I started seeing the results I wanted to see, and I’m still experiencing. It’s wonderful that I can be hormonally, balanced, which I have not been for quite a few years because I couldn’t find anyone who knew how to do it properly. I’m so very grateful to God for bringing this wonderful woman into my life and this program. Introducing me to some other exciting information that will last a lifetime!

My experience is still in process. The staff has been available to answer all of my many questions and always encouraging. I found out that my hormone levels were so, so low, causing a myriad of side effects and complications (e.g. hair loss, weight gain, lethargy, brain fog, joint pain, blood pressure issues, diabetes, etc) . I am happy to say that the hormonal levels are slowly creeping back up to a more normal range. My body has a long way to go. We have to find the sweet spot for everything to go back to normal. I am very hopeful.

It's unusual in this day and age to meet a nurse practitioner who truly understands your body and how it functions. Before I met Kala every doc I went to just glazed over my blood work but never really looked at it in detail to dig deeper into what was going on with my body! This is the first time I've met someone who did that. Who paid attention to MY unique issues. Kala did that, she looked at all MY hormone levels and my blood work to see in detail where I was having issues and from there she subscribed what was needed. I had terrible brain fog before, to a point it scared me. I don't feel that now. My sleep is better (I really missed that) I sleep thru the night. Overall I just feel better and look better. I just turned 60 and I now feel great. I'm soo grateful that I was blessed to find someone to really truly care and help me. Kala has been my blessing 🙏 and her staff.

Go to the seminar, learn what is offered! The program is individualized, everyone needs different things to regain health and vitality. I am incredibly happy to have found Pink Link Medical/ Frisco Functional Medicine! My hormones were a wreck, I wasn't sleeping, I was unable to lose weight, I was trying to balance myself, but was only successful with Kala’s help. Bio-Identical HRT has been amazing. I'm sleeping, lost weight, muscle masss toned and learned there was more clean up l needed to do in my househild. I’ve had so many positive things happen during the program. After completion, I have more energy, stamina/endurance and faster muscle recovery. I feel better able to focus and have better memory.
