This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I worked there for 16 months. She lets her staff wear whatever they want to work.(ex. pjs and short shorts, crop tops.) If you weren't in her circle, you didnt matter. Brande has favorites. I gave her 5 months advanced notice that i would need off for a wedding, right then she told me it is denied because she went on business cruise. Brande didnt even try to figure it out. I went back to talk about in February with my husband there with me, i told her and Mrs. Jocelyn that i needed that day off. Mrs. Jocelyn said that they would figure it out, because we both needed the time off. So my husband was there to witness this conversation. I again checked a week before i needed off, she still denied it, but told me your an adult and you do you. So i took the day off. I have known so many people that have said Brande Hale is a fantastic person and just love her. They keep the place clean. And spoils the children rotten. They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner and always a balanced meal. They have toys inside and outside that interest the children. And the curriculum is beyond most daycares. The staff keeps the babies busy and teach them to interact with other children properly! They do holidays which I think it's great and let the parent get evolved. Over all this is best daycare in Bastrop!

I was personally employed and helped Brande and Brittany the director and director assistant start the daycare. My self and assistant director were used and taken advantage of we were fooled into opening the facility with Brande an were soon pushed out, she had myself their day in day out to make the place suitable for licensing. “Brande made up a fake daycare that she claimed to open in her past to be qualified to open a facility and licensing fell for it.” We put hard work and our $ into the business. I paid $1000 towards the business plan to start the business. Greed set in as the business took of and all great employees were dropped like flies. I will admit during the time of employment I was paid very minimal and was battered by Brande and other employees. I did my job to my fullest ability. I love that they feed my son dinner and they're open until 6:30. I work in Austin and all of the other daycares close at 6 or earlier. I love that the owner is always available on her cell phone. It is also the only daycare that actually answers the phone. When looking for daycares, they were the only one I could get ahold of consistently.

Brande and the staff have been nothing but amazing for myself and my daughter. They go above and beyond with the safety of the kiddos and the curriculum, even doing science fair projects! There is no better or safer place to put your children.
