fairly new with the system but so far only minor issues and i will say jarret has been more than helpful anytime i’ve reached out with questions

System works great! Easy to use! Its also a great way to set up inexpensively as they don’t charge you until you are up and running

Integrating from a basic cash register and square reader , to the Pineapple POS with Shift 4 technology, has been a game changer for bringing our club into the present. Jarret Smotrila has been an amazing rep. He got us started and was there every step of the way. Every set up has different needs and wants. He was there to offer support and bring us any POS related equipment needed, as well, assisted us when working through any back office problems we had.
