Picture Me Perfect Studios

This is the second year my daughter has gotten these pictures done and they are horrible. I don’t know who is taking these but they are no good. The angles are bad and the backgrounds just make no sense. She is mixed and they used a all black background one year . Couldn’t even see her. This year she’s on a log like she’s in the damn woods . The picture came out great, the photographer was kind and really did a amazing job. Once we got the pick to order then we ran into problems.

I called in to the service center and the rep and I didnt click at all and she was telling me multiple times "we are not like everyone else...we dont do that...... order online." Instead of analyzing and coming up with what we were looking for and deliver on what we wanted. I have gone to other photographers and they really took the time to ask questions like "How can we fill this room with the images of your dreams? Out of the pics I took what sizes can we make for you that would really make this memory stand out? "

Needless to say I am just going with the cheap packages this time and going somewhere else next year.
