This company is doing a roofing job on a medical building where I am a client. When I pulled into the parking area right in front of the doors I noticed that there were a lot of roofing staples with very long ends on them. I asked the guys on the roof if they could come down and sweep these up because somebody was going to get a flat tire. They sent down a young man with a blower and he proceeded to say to me "you should know not to park here." I asked why and he said "because it's a construction zone." I asked how am I to know it's a construction zone when there are no cones or markers here ?. He said well three is our truck ( a few spaces over). At that point I asked for his supervisor Because I can see I was getting nowhere. They supervisor did come down and talk with me but the young man just kept rudely interrupting us. We had a wonderful experience with Phoenix Energy Solutions recently. I requested a quote from Micah, he came and looked at my site the next day and sent me the quote the next day. He was ready to install my hew HVAC heat pump the next day. The crew came on time and finished the two day project in only one day. By 2:30 in the afternoon we had plenty of cold air.
The crew was very professional, quick and clean. The installation is very clean and accessible for future maintenance. The warranty is outstanding and most of all we have plenty of cold air.

Phoenix energy solutions came out and started by looking at our overall system. We found out that our system was well over 20 years old and the ducks all had massive holes in them. So we hired them to replace our entire system. They did a great job and came in efficiently to do the work. We've been really happy this winter with the results and the house staying warm.

Worst experience yet! I have been attempting to get money back from this company for 5 years because they did not perform some of the items I paid for, this was directed by the technician and I did not have a choice. The technician told me it would be removed from the bill. That never happened so I continued to reach out to get this resolved. It has been 5 years and I have made over 30 phone calls, 20+ emails, and 2 BBB complaints. Still no response or resolution. Now the owner is telling me to F off. Very unprofessional and treat this as a warning to any potential customers.
