Very misleading Angie's List deal posted by Phoenix Energy Solutions Inc. This provider not only arrived late to the appointment but was in a rush, first thing he did once he arrived late was to ask to go to the restroom!!!. I'm shocked Angie's List is allowing this type of misleading providers to post deals with other hidden services that need to be purchased in order to get the deal!! that is very dishonest.. The deal has a long list of stuff to do, but he was in a hurry to go to next appointment and was going to leave all the leaves and debris inside the AC unit. Only when I told him about it , he used my hose to remove some of the debris.. According to him, he could not put the refrigerant listed on the deal to recharge my unit because according to him my unit was too old, and needed thousands in repairs or other option was to purchase a new unit that costs thousands, before he...

Phoenix Energy came out and did a tune-up. He gave us great advice and answered a lot of questions.
Phoenix also helped my parents and my uncle. He did a great job for them too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a/c or heater help. They were very knowledgable and friendly.

We had a complete HVAC sytem installed by Phoenix Energy Solutions which involved cutting a hole in our hallway ceiling to remove the old heater from our attic, and install the new system. They also installed a larger vent return to improve the operation. After repairing the ceiling, texturing and painting the ceiling looks perfect. They installed baffles to regulate the flow of air into rooms as needed. They installed a more powerful A/C unit and included a noise reduction system, so the whole HVAC is whisper quiet. The crew was great, installation was efficient, and clean-up was perfect. We are very happy customers
