I used this product when it was just being tested before because I had knee arthroscopy done in my knees .. it seemed to work but I didn't believe it .. I stopped after I ran out of it and my pain came back .. I ordered it again and have been using it for about a week and amazingly my knees feel better again. I also have been developing hip pain from compensating my knee issues and have used it there and that also feels much better .. I have lots of arthritis (hands,shoulders, back,knees, etc) I have been over active with years of yard work, raising family, computers, cleaning, lifting...etc. so my joints have started reminding me this is "pay-back" for not being more gentle with work habits. My hands have been the most painful..(they are used for EVERYTHING!) So...When the palm of my hand & trigger fingers start that aching pain....I now go for the jar of Conolidine Topical....I message the cream...into the skin, and in a matter of minutes the pain is almost gone. My Mom is 84 and has terrible back and neck pain. She has been on narcotics for years and also has had many many injections. I have to say for someone who has been struggling with back pain for over 10 years this product was like sent from heaven. I suffer from sciatica due to bad disc in lower back. Therapy can only do so much and it’s a never ending pain. I Conolidine Topical and I have to say whenever I get a back pain I rub it on the sore area while massaging with my fingers and letting the cream soak into the skin. I bought Conolidine Topical mostly(desperately) to help with my plantar fasciitis and it actually worked. I did the initial treatment and noticed a significant different by day 8, it has allowed me to hike with significantly less or no pain. There has been no change to my daily routine except using this. Now I just use it on my hike days and I've been happy. I would suggest giving it a try if your plantar fasciitis won't go away, make sure to follow the directions for use. This is an excellent product. I order for my mother, who is 93, with severe arthritis pain in her shoulders and knees. We started using this on her simply by accident. She had been using a compounded formula that was supposed to exceed anything on the market. Of course it was a prescription. She'd been on the prescribed lotion for two or three years. Ever so often the pharmacist would make a mistake in the compounding. This was one of those times. I'd ordered myself some of the Conolidine Topical for fibromyalgia pain. I purchased a small jar for a family member try on her knee following arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus. She applied the Conolidine Topical 3 to 4 times a day when her knee started hurting following activity. She felt relief of discomfort and was able to resume her daily routine. She continues to apply the cream daily as a maintenance regimen. Recently, she has started to use the cream on her feet and hands to relief arthritic pain with positive results. As a Pharmacist, I have been aware of the anti-inflammatory properties of the ingredients for many years. I am a current chronic sufferer of carpel tunnel, golfer/tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis of both feet, and arthritis in my back. This stuff really WORKS! I have bad scoliosis with chronic lower back muscle tightness, my "hump" I call it. I receive nerve blocks and nerve burns. I have tried ALL the prescribed external lotion, ointments, etc. Like Voltaren gel, lidocaine patches, bactroban, and even a special compound cream that only a few pharmacist in the US make. And believe me....Conolidine Joint works better then all that other crap. Plus, a heck of alot cheaper. But I rub this on my "hump" first thing in the morning, let it dry before I even put on a shirt, then I'm good to go for the rest of the day.
