As a longtime customer, I was often offered specials through emails and placed orders for these offers. I was told that I could cancel any autoships at any time. I was not ready for the autoships and cancelled them. As a result, my credit card was blocked, but I was still able to place orders at their regular pricing.
As of today, I have been cut off from customer chat, shamed, accused of wrongdoing, have had my subscription status (for which I paid) revoked and cannot get through to anyone via phone. I recently placed three orders and received them, and was told that all I had to do was call to place my orders. But now, I am being shamed and accused of wrongdoing when it was a misunderstanding. Why email customers special offers if they were not supposed to take advantage of them.
