I never thought I'd be reviewing a multivitamin, but here we are! I have some severe vitamin deficiencies that I've been fighting with for years, due to very poor eating habits and loss of appetite. I had a lot of trouble finding a multivitamin that I could take that wouldn't make me vomit, even with food in my stomach. For the longest time I didn't take any, mostly due to the severe nausea I'd get shortly after taking any. Been taking Carditrol for about 5 days. I have extreme HBP. Started with a full dose, noticed the change same day. I am less anxious and my BP is lower than when I was on my HBP meds. I have decided to try bc I have all the side effects from my meds and my BP wasn't lowered by much daily. This is an amazing product. It has made me feel better, more energy, more focus. Have been Carditrol for a little over a month. I have a history of borderline to high blood pressure. Had previously been taking Diovan but a change in my insurance left me unable to afford it. After about 2 weeks on the product my Systolic number has not been out of the 120's. In fact I had to dial back the dosage as I had occasional low pressure. It seems that my sleep is better too. I have used Carditrol on and off for a few months now, as every time I think my blood pressure is good and back to normal I stop taking it and then it rises again. My blood pressure is not that high generally, I started to get readings above 140 /90 and it made me concerned. This product seems to help keep my blood pressure below 125/85.
