Fiancé and I have both been taking Core for almost a week and we can already see huge differences in our IBS. This is the second Pharm Origins product and so far I'm impressed with these and Glucotol 1. Within a few days I could tell whatever my body was missing is now satisfied. Core multi vitamins are giving me the energy have been lacking. My job is very stressful and physical. I feel tired daily. I have been taking the vitamins for 2 weeks and Ive noticed some improvement in energy, although it's still early to tell since the vitamins will take a bit of time to build up in the body since I was deficient. For sometime at work i feel dizzy and didn't knew why until i was told i was low on minerals.i decided to give a try to this vitamins and after 2 days the dizziness is completely gone and i feel more energetic during the day and for some reason i can sleep better. I've been eating healthier for some time now, and decided to try intermittent fasting. I figured I would look for a new multivitamin to include in my diet, so I compared several different options. The ingredient list for CORE was very impressive and it was at a great price (Free LOL) so I decided to try it out. I've been fasting daily for about 18-20 hrs and feel great, even when I go to the gym towards the end of my fasting period.
