Petstop of North Georgia

We purchased a new home and we reached out to Pet Stop of North Georgia to install an in-ground pet containment system. In our old home, we had used a “do it yourself” kit we purchased from a DIY store. There’s something to be said about spending a little bit more to have it done professionally. The folks at Pet Stop of North Georgia are great. Very customer friendly and focused. The equipment is top notch, with the wire being a much, much better quality than what we received from the DIY stores. Those wires would snap if you just look at them funny. Not this system. Never had an issue with the install. Collars are light weight and super easy to use/adjust with the iPhone app. I also like that you can toggle a night light on/off for when the pooch goes out to do his business in the middle of the night. Pet Stop installed our fence roughly 2 years ago. Honestly at 1st you never know they could have been just another average company trying to make good 1st impression to make the sale. Well no this company is legit to the core!! Im a company owner myself and i don't put up with a-lot of all talk and no show kind of stuff. These guys talk the talk and walk the walk TRUST ME! Give them a shot and you will not be disappointed! The app, products and most importantly the customer service has been nothing but excellent!

Adam and Pam are amazing!!! We have had the most amazing experience with them for the past five years of having our invisible fence for our four sweet fur babies! They are truly the most reliable and always there 24/7 to help in emergency.

My daughter has a PetStop fence at her home in Florida. So when I needed an invisible fence here (in upstate SC), I decided to talk to PetStop. They were courteous, timely, and priced as I expected. They also talked with me and made sure I thought about all the scenarios my dogs may encounter. I thought I only wanted the back yard enclosed for them. But when talking with them, I realized I needed a small area enclosed in the front yard in case they snuck out the garage or front door. I appreciate the time they took to get to know my needs. The system works great and my dogs only challenged the fence a couple of times. It's been a few months now and I've had no trouble with the dogs and the fence.
