When I had a problem with the collar charger going out I called to buy a replacement. To my surprise it was covered by warranty. Pamela had it shipped the next day! A great product with outstanding customer service- a rare combination these days !

Mike and his staff were great to work with when choosing a fence for our pup! Upon consultation, Mike mapped out our yard and took the time to teach us how the fence would work. When we finally set a date for install, his crew was out within a four day period to install our fence. Once the fence was installed we were trained on how to use the app and collar with our pup. However, it didn’t stop there. Through out the first few weeks we were messaged to make sure that everyone was adjusting to the fence and using it correctly. I’m so thankful that we found Pet Stop of North Georgia! They truly care about your pet and want to keep them safe! Hands down would use them again!
