I believe our salesman and installer was Jason. We had 2 new West Highland White Terrier puppy’s without a fenced in yard. Just before he arrived we had a downpour. We suggested he come back when the weather was better and he said the puppies needed their fence and he would install it in the rain. I’m still amazed at how professional he was regarding our installation. I have called them to order new batteries, new collars, even when the power knocked out the system, which they walked me through the system until I was able to restore the power they have always been friendly, appreciative of our business. Mike (owner) and Jason (installer) were both amazing. Mike took the time to walk us through each and everystep we would go through in the process. Jason was polite, friendly and on time for the install, he even finished early. He kept us updated as he made the progress through the yard and answered all our questions. He helped us do the initial training with our dogs and was great at it. He even took the time to blow off our entire drive way and front walk up.
