Perfect Pools

Perfect Pools finished our pool in spring 2024. We have been very pleased with the design and superb quality work provided throughout our pool build. When problems arose, Perfect Pools worked to quickly remedy the problem and answer any questions we had. I'd highly recommend Perfect Pools for your pool oasis construction.

We hired Perfect Pools to build our..well, perfect pool! They FAR exceeded our expectations with a classic and elegant design. We especially enjoy the evenings in our oversized spa with the fire bowls burning. We have come to love the staff of highly skilled and passionate team members from our designer Carol to Adam, Gary, Matt, Yacine (affectionately known as Mr. Machine by our daughter who can't say his name, but it sure fits him), Josh, and Craigen. Perfect Pools took over my 22’x50’ in-ground pool project after my initial pool builder broke our contract and refused to finish the project. Perfect Pools inherited a mess of a project - poor quality worksmanship including a leak in the structure and took the project on in stride. From executing our project takeover contract to completing the pool, pool deck, and masonry retaining walls and stairs with stone veneer and capstone only took 5 weeks. Perfect Pools corrected the mistakes of the original builder and never surprised me with a change order. Gary and his entire crew were able to exceed every expectation we had for our entire project. From the initial phone call to final turnover and everything in between, the team at Perfect Pools was phenomenal.
They were able to adjust as needed during the build when we had a new idea, and did not add on any of the ridiculous change fees normally associated with a mid Construction change. Our new pool is beyond anything we could have expected. On top of all of that their service has remained top-notch even after the build. If you do not contact Perfect Pools and consider them for your next job, you are missing out.
