My tile roof was black with algae/mold whatever. I got 3 quotes from from soft clean companies. Perfect Pear was the best price and the only ones that showed up for an in person estimate. The crews are professional and background checked. The cleaning crew did a great job of literally making my roof look new. They also go around washing your plants and shrubs with a protective spray and lots of water. Fully recommend.

This company litters all over the public, throwing flyers out a car window into the street and driveways with a metal paper clip on them, potentially damaging tires and flowing into sewers, polluting our waterways. If you look at the owner's response to all other similar reviews to this, they clearly admit to committing this act of commercial littering, which is a criminal offense under Florida Statute 403.413.
