Perfect Pear Roof & Exterior Cleaning

They were very prompt to react to my inquiry. Salesman was very professional and courteous. Prices was clear and reasonable. Gentlemen came to my home and cleaned the gutters, washed the house and flat surfaces and sealed the pavers. They were very polite, careful with their work, and did an excellent job. I didn’t even realize how dirty everything was until I saw it cleaned. I’m very happy with the total experience.

The good news is the roof does look better. Now the disturbing news is the process. We have two 55 gallon rain barrels for water for my wife's orchids and special plants. We gave special instructions that these barrels were to be completely covered. They were not, and chemical got in.
We were told there was no need to cover plants because there was a protective spray applied first. Must not have been applied correctly because we lost and there was damage to several plants. There were areas of the lawn that also took a hit.
Investigating a new leak in one of the large skylights is underway. Possible damage from pulled hoses. Please consider this as a training note rather than a complaint, so it doesn't happen to someone else.

Perfect Pear did an excellent job!!! They softwashed our roof. I am very pleased with the result. Their team arrived as scheduled. They were very friendly and courteous. Give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Very impressed with this company. Contacted them after seeing a sign by the road. Estimator arrives in a company marked car and was extremely thorough in explaining their recommendations. Offered lots of options but was not pushy in trying to upsell. I have a two story house with steep roof and very high gutters and they can handle all of that. Actual services scheduled within a week. Received regular email and text communications including pictures and background checks for technicians and proof of insurance. Showed up on time for services in a professional company marked truck and trailer. Technician was friendly and promised to stay in touch should there be issues. Before and after pictures are being provided. Will update this review upon final pictures and completion.

Great quality work and very attentive, hands-on company. Very involved with every job. Nothing “farmed-out”! Beautiful job washing Florida mildew off the house. Looks newly painted now!

We were looking to have our house, roof, workshop and fence cleaned, and am so glad we went with Orlando Perfect Pear! We had researched them online, and found that they were highly rated, so we decided to talk with them. Our whole experience, from talking with Garrett who walked us through the whole process and answered any questions we had, to Jevian and Zion who were right on time and did an amazing job on everything, they were willing answer any questions or concerns I may have had and were very friendly and respectful the whole time. My house, workshop and fence look fantastic! The whole process was an extremely positive one, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have their home cleaned.
