PEP Solar

A huge thanks to Pep Solar, Goran (project manager), and Doug (technician). My under warranty Tesla Inverter failed. My original installer, SunUp America, appears to have disappeared off the face of the planet or gone out of business. After calling dozens of solar companies and many conversations with Tesla, Pep Solar was able to perform the warranty work. Goran had Doug deployed to my home faster than expected. Doug troubleshot the issue. At the surface it appeared to be a simple a tripped breaker. Doug’s deeper dive into what caused the issues determined that the onboard fan in the inverter had failed. After reviewing the issue with Tesla, a RMA was issued. Doug let me know it would be 2 to 3 weeks to obtain and then replace the inverter. To my surprise, 10 days after Doug’s initial visit, he was back out with the new inverter. He quickly had the new inverter installed and labeled...

The installers were very professional and prompt. All works completed on time and our property was left cleaned. Thank you Mike, Jason and team too and PEP Solar.

Pep installed our Stion solar system in October 2017 almost 7 years ago with a 25 year manufacture warranty except the Stion company filled for bankruptcy so I have no warranty on my panels. My panels are not producing what they should produce and breaking down with brown spots everywhere. The whole system has to be replaced .Pep does not have any panels for replacement and can't do anything for us. We are out 55k with them. Who else has Stion panels with these problems

I have found them to be unresponsive after the install. Initially was told by Salesman Tim they may monitor our system for performance and call us to hose off the panels if performance is low (they even gave us a "free" nozzle) but my communication with the equipment has been down for over a year and they haven't noticed nor did they return my call when I asked about them coming out to fix it last year. I doubled back this year and got the same lack of response. I didnt care so much until my APS went up leading me to think I now how a problem that I cant diagnose since there is no communication with the invertor. So, sales is what you expect - friendly and responsive. Service, not so much.

I had a great customer service experience beginning with Goran who scheduled Mike to repair my solar system. Mike gave me a through explanation of the repair and what to look for. Thank you very much Goran and Mike.

Mike my technician was extremely knowledgeable and prompt he even reached out to us on his off day also Goran our customer service support went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything needed to make this happen in a timely fashion I would give these 2 employees a good raise if they worked for my company it seems customer service is second to a lot of companies but not for these 2 cheers to both of you I will recommend Pep Solar to my neighbors Thanks again for a job well done
