PEP Solar

Pep will not honor their 25 year warranty. For more than 4 years now, I have had issues with my system that Pep will not take care of. Pep says the company who manufactured the part was bought by another company and Pep won't replace my parts with anything similar. I went with Pep because they claimed being one of the oldest, most reputable companies in the business but they won't offer me any alternatives. They have done nothing but tell me to file a claim against the other company.

Edit for reply: I am a customer, I only have had a last name change. I have been corresponding with your company about the issue for over 4 years now. I have gotten no where.

Awesome group of people here. We got assistance with our system due to prior company's disappearance act. There was no hassle getting a service man to assess and fix our problem in a timely and affordable manner. The initial calls were handled very professional, with the owner and project manager. I was calling for solar inverter replacement. The business philosophy, as Bonnie (CEO and founder) stated is "The Customer comes first". I look forward to doing business with PEP Solar.

This was a very complicated process and I was very pleased with the efforts made by Goran as he helped me work through the issues and obstacles we encountered and were able to overcome.

PEP Solar installed an excellent system. They were very thorough from planning and design down to the final installation detail. All of the work was performed professionally and in a very neat and organized manner. PEP Solar was instrumental in breaking through the myriad of requirements to be met for gaining approval from the city permitting department and the power company that serves our area.

The install team headed by Mike, along with Jason and Doug, performed their tasks with care and perfection. Goran, the customer service rep, maintained constant contact throughout the process and responded to inquiries usually within minutes of us contacting him.
