I had a set number I wanted and they came very close on the first offer even outlining what they expected to make on it once they remodeled the house (very transparent). The folks at PDX Reno were with me each step of the way in what was a complex and difficult situation with our property. One, getting a squatter out (the lawyer they recommended and with whom we worked was highly effective and very fairly priced). Two, we had medical bills and payment deadlines to meet, and wanted to avoid default/foreclosure on the house, all of which we were able to do because of the expertise and efficiency of the folks at PDX Reno. Three, working with them helped streamline this complex situation, avoided too many middle-men and their fees (the title company they work with included really professional and efficient people), and the representatives of PDX Reno themselves were really pleasant and knowledgeable. The entire team at PDX helped me a ton when selling my family's home!

It was a property that needed a ton of work inside, a probate mess for my family, and Joe and his team navigated the entire thing for me without issue.

He found the probate attorney, got me all the pics and info I needed to make a decision on what to do from here in Ohio, and literally 10+ other things they helped with for legal hoops I had to jump through.

I would absolute recommend Joe and PDX to anyone and everyone, and I'm glad I picked them over the other 2 "cash buyer" folks who offered me less money and didn't have the attorney relationships and history. Without those relationships, this wouldn't have been an easy sale at all.
