More importantly, he showed up as plLoganed, was professional in his interactions with me, and further, after examining my house, recommended I do some repairs and list it. His actions demonstrated that he really wanted had my best interest in mind and not just his. I chose to do so; he offered me a recommendation for indoor repair and painting and the person was reliable, fair and great as well. Recently, my sisters and I had the opportunity to sell our parents home to PDX Renovations. I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by PDX Renovations. My brother and I was facing the problem of selling my parents’ house and land as well as my house which is located on the same acreage. We were on the fence of updating my parents’ house or selling it “AS IS” and working with a realtor for both properties to sell them as a complete package. With my brother living over 10 hours from me, we knew there was no way to work on my parents’ house to update it and get it on the market within a year. Little alone getting it all sold and then the hassles of dealing with a realtor, no telling how long that would have taken. I called PDX Renovations just to see what it was all about.
