We had our entire roof replaced in 2021. Payne was accommodating, professional, and on time. We had a few quotes and Payne had the most options and by far the best presentation when the estimator came out to our house. The workers were there everyday with no problems. Very professional did a fantastic job on my roof. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs anything to do with roof repairs.
They had us on the schedule to begin work the first week of October, but ended up coming out a week early and finished on time.

after trying to get service from two other roofing companies who would not bother to answer phone calls, we tried Payne roofing. Payne responded with the name and number of David Allen. David made an appointment to come out and asses our roofs requirements as we had just recently purchased the home. He assured us that our roof primarily just needed general service and replacement of a few damaged tiles, and provided us a quote. within a few days we were given a date when the service could be performed . The service man arrived on the date promised and went right to work. the repairs were done as promised and at the price quoted. Arizona homes don't always do well with rain. I don't know what happened but our skylight leaked. The folk at Payne organized everything to be taken care of, made all the arrangements, and we fix the roof.
