Payne Roofing

I had a great experience with payne roofing. I knew everything that was going on with my roof. The production manager Robert Sanchez made sure everything everything went smoothly as possible. My yard was the way it was left , I didn't see no trash on the ground at all. A big thank you to Payne roofing for doing the job right and another big thank you to Robert Sanchez for holding my hand threw the whole job and keeping me updated.

We begin by sending out huge KUDOS to Robert Sanchez (Field Supervisor), and Evelyn, (Office Manager); in the end we were very pleased with the final outcome of the job done by Payne Roofing. Before our decision, we had obtained 6 estimates (Payne being one of) to have a new roof installed.
Payne Roofing is not the least expensive but they are local and had good reviews, so we arranged for a sales rep to provide us with an estimate. He was thorough and knowledgeable so we were confident we had made the right choice. As the actual work began, things started out rough due to some misrepresentation as well as lack of communication and response on the part of the sales rep. Rest assured, all of this was rectified by Robert and Evelyn!

I can't speak highly enough of Zac. We met with two other companies, and the pricing wasn't too different, but Zac is why we chose Payne. He was easy to work with, explained everything clearly, and communicated very well. His crew showed up on time and finished the job very timely. Our roof looks great and theie clean up was good too. I would definitely recommend Payne roofing.

Geoff Jones with Payne Roofing is absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!! After last nights rain I noticed some water damage on my roof. I called Payne Roofing this morning around 10am and was able to schedule him to come out between 1-3pm. He promptly showed up early at 12:45pm and began working immediately. He was able to root cause my roof leak issue straight away. In discussions with him you can tell that he is very detailed, experienced and knowledgable which are personal traits I value very highly. I would strongly recommend going with Payne Roofing and Geoff Jones if you ever have home roofing repairs needed. He is very personable and was able to put my mind at ease once he was done. This all started out wrong! I asked Payne to take my re-roof job, when another company got busted inflating the square footage of the job. The pictures furnished for their proposal weren't even pictures of my roof. Payne came in and did a very professional job, using high quality materials, and experienced workers. I have a mortgage on my house, so the insurance check (damaged in July storm) was written to both me and the mortgage company. Payne worked with me to satisfy the requirements of the mortgage company, for which I'm grateful. They went ahead and did the job, so I have a good solid roof. Thank you Payne, much appreciated, and highly recommended!

These guys really took care of us. Their work was high quality and they went above and beyond. Jason is personable and thorough and provided excellent customer service.

Geoff came to my house today to investigate a water leak. We went on the roof together and he taught me about the components of a roof and what to look for in regards to defects/wear/etc/... Turns out my problem was very minor and didnt require the work of a professional. I offered to pay a trip charge for the time but Geoff wouldn’t accept. I sincerely appreciate Geoff’s time. Moving forwards I will be using Payne and be referring folks to Payne.

I watched someone who was driving a Payne roofing truck give bottle of water to a homeless guy sitting outside in the sun. He was eating at Jimmy John's by MCC he even thoughtfully took his phone call outside even though it would have been an accessible environment to take the phone call within the air conditioned Jimmy John's. If I ever need a roof this will be the first place I call.
