Great communication! These guys provided a timeline with photos as the job progressed. I had a leak from some previous work and Paragon fixed my main concern as well as bringing other issues with my shingles from a roof that was only 4 years old. Most important they were on the job within 3 days and had everything all patched up before the next rain occurred.

I am a physician now but ran a small landscaping business before I was a doctor and have a lifelong passion for home repair and restoration. I had Paragon Roofing install a new roof for me a few years ago, and it still looks as good as new! I also had new gutters installed, which they cut to reach my rain barrels, and they also redirected a troublesome roof design that encouraged water to drip on my porch. I am thrilled with my warranty and the beautiful shingles I selected. The crew was helpful in selecting the shingle color and during installation, taking care not to damage my flower beds. I will definitely use Paragon again for any roof or gutter projects in the future.

After a tree feel on my house and the repairs had be completed, I needed a roof inspection done and contacted Paragon Roofing. Nick and Taylor were able to fit me in the following day. I can’t say enough about their honesty, thoroughness and overall professionalism. They took the time to explain all aspects of the inspection and ultimately saved me big time. Paragon Roofing is my new go-to roofing contractor! I had some issues with the roofing above my bay window that let water into my kitchen ceiling.

From the moment I called Paragon, I received top notch treatment. The Field Inspector, Nick Rivera was able to come out to my home that very same day. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable which made it easy to say yes to using them for my project. Even better, he was able to get the repair scheduled for the very next morning.

The day-of experience was just as great. The repair team was punctual and they were greeted by a Paragon field manager who ensured that everyone was on the same page about the job. The work was completed very quickly and the repair team made sure to leave zero trash behind. I also received before and after photos from the job.
