Paragon Roofing provided one of the best experiences I'vever had with a service provider. Taylor, the owner, was helpful in every aspect of putting a new roof on part of our house. He did everything he could to convince State Farm Insurance to cover the cost of the roof due to hail damage. He even went so far as to obtain an expert on roofing come to inspect the damage done..After repeated efforts to convince State Farm to cover the cost of repair, I decided to have Paragon go ahead with the needed roofing repairs. I have never had a company work so hard on behalf of the customer. Once started the needed work was done quickly and expertly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.

We had a substantial complete roof replacement project that included gutters, downspouts, outdoor appliances, damaged decking, as well as the roof. Paragon not only did a first class job but his complete team was a joy to work with. Very responsive and knowledgeable. They also knew the ins and outs of the complexities of working with our insurance carrier. Their integrity
came through from the beginning through the final payment. I have been around a long time and this was as good as experience as you could hope for.
