Pacific Health Options and the team there have always been most helpful, with teaching, advice and providing access to their wonderful array of machines and accessories. I first bought an Ultra, but it didn't take long to realise that I had bought an inferior machine, in trying to save a few hundred dollars. I upgraded to the top of the range machine and have had no regrets. It Is a machine which, if you found it in the street, you would never fathom how to operate it. I have done a couple of live training weekends in Brisbane, Australia, with Dr Hache, as well as many many online training sessions with Rob Vanbergen. I am finding my way with the PS3, but the more I learn, the more there is to learn.
