This company takes advantage of the elderly. My 80 year old mom has dementia and I called her today and she said that she was pn her home phone with a lady from Ox Car that was signing her up for a vehicle policy. I advised the sales person that Mom already had a policy with a different company. I further explained Mom's mental condition and told her that Mom had four policies and that I had to cancel 3 of them. The sales rep continued on trying to convince Mom that her company was better. I told mom to hang up. The sales rep said that she could not hang up until she was able to verify Mom's information. I asked what information she had. The sales rep then told Mom that she would just call her back later. I checked Mom's bank account and found a pending charge to Ox Car. I called Ox Car and was told that it would take a few days to cancel. I was told that they would call me back....
