New response to the fake concern from customer care October 27th. Appreciate the invitation to contact Customer Relations — I’ve done that several times. After more than two months of “we’re looking into it” and endless transfers, it’s clear your real specialty is running customers in circles and waiting people out. Transfers aren’t customer care — they’re a stalling tactic.

Ox Car Care is one of the most deceptive companies I’ve ever dealt with. They lie to get you to sign up, make empty promises about coverage, and then disappear when it’s time to deliver. Their “customer service” is nothing more than a runaround — scripted excuses, transfers, and zero accountability. Every part of the process feels like a trap designed to take your money and give you nothing in return.

Absolutely horrible!
I took my car in on a Thursday. I called on Friday for status only to be told it could take 3-5 days for an approval.
Called on Monday to check status and was told an email was sent asking for maintenance records. No email was received from them. Sent in the Info only to be told it could take up to 14 days for an approval…

It doesn’t take 14 days to take my monthly payment!

Not only that they told me that they reimbursed rental payment for 6 days IF the repair will take more than 8 hrs… but if it may take 14 days for an approval what am I to do for the other 8 days they may not reimburse for?

The worst service ever! As I sit here no clue if my car will be fixed….

​I purchased this contract for peace of mind, but the claims process is a nightmare. My claim has been sitting in "Final Review" for weeks, leaving my 2014 Ford F-150 (my primary work truck) unusable for over 2 months.
​This company does not act with any urgency. The delay is directly causing me significant financial hardship (loss of work and income). Furthermore, they are responsible for the accumulating storage fees at the shop, yet they refuse to expedite the decision. If you need a timely resolution to a major repair, look elsewhere. The process is painfully slow, unresponsive, and costly to the customer.

Horrible experience. We bought used car, got warranty then sold car three days later. Canceled policy on day car sold. They said they didn't get it and are still charging me. Then policy came and only covered 50% of repairs up to $500. Policy cost way more than a different car! What a rip off. Still charged me again this month! Thus all happened last month. Funny as I was on phone I resent cancelation email with no changes and they got it and canceled policy while on phone with them but still charging me?

Pay your money to them every month ... when your car breaks they don't respond .. They take your money then fuck you

Only giving them 1 star because there is nothing less.. These people are incompetent and scammers. I was on the phone with them from 9am-5pm on yesterday and by the end of it I simply wanted to cancel the coverage. Instead of simply doing what I asked, they kept trying to up sell me.. They give you 50 different numbers to call, however none of the numbers is the one that you need.. They don’t listen and they are zero help. I even called the number they had listed for corporate and tried to cancel and they still tried to offer me a higher package at a cheaper rate. I live in Alabama and nobody down here accepts their coverage. They said that they don’t pay. And they just want money from consumers. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WARRANTY.. NOBODY ACCEPTS THEM..

Well it’s like this, if the policy works for me as well as the customer service worked for me, I’ll never have to purchase a car again. Thanks Ox.
