Please do not ignore the reviews. Unfortunately, I read them after I purchased the contract. However, I purchased the plan after purchasing a 2014 chevy equinox. I recently encountered an issue with my engine and it needed to be replaced. Ox car care ask that I submit all of the records of maintenance that was done in the past two years, I literally submitted every single oil change, etc., within the timeline, including records of the top offs in between oil changes. They denied the claim stating that I neglected to complete the oil changes in a timely manner according the the manufactures warranty. If my oil light came on on Monday, perhaps I waited util Friday to completed the oil change. Even the representative from the establishment stated you can run over a little. After satisfying the waiting period requirement before filing a claim, this company still denied my claim and refused to cover the repair cost for my car. These companies are unreliable and are only interested in taking your money. They are not true to their word. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Zero stars if possible. This company provides misleading and inaccurate information in order to secure your business. Once services are rendered and payment is due, you are met with constant delays, excuses, and unnecessary runarounds. Ultimately, they fail to pay the amount they promised. This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend doing business with them.

I don't see ONE single review where the contract holder was approved for a claim!

They keep calling me nonstop. I almost signed up but canceled at the last minute after reading the horrible reviews. I surely dodged a bullet here.

Bad service. They were supposed to refund my money and never did. They said they would mail a refund check and they never did. It's been almost a year now. Still waiting for the check.
